Massage is key! Gently massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days. This helps the product distribute evenly and supports natural collagen production.
Avoid touching or rubbing the treated areas outside of your massage routine for the first 24 hours. This helps ensure proper product placement and reduces the risk of irritation.
Stay hydrated! Drinking plenty of water aids in collagen stimulation and supports your skin’s overall glow and elasticity.
Protect your skin from the sun. Avoid direct sunlight and tanning beds for at least one week. UV exposure can interfere with healing and slow results.
